Hello students, Roland Smith here! I am the assistant professor at the department of statistics and actuarial science at a reputed college. Based in Tennessee, USA Allen obtained three statistics degrees from the University of Boston: a bachelor’s in statistics in 2010, a master’s in statistics in 2014, and a PhD in 2019. I was provided with the special award (The Youden Award in Interlaboratory Testing by the American Statistical Association) in early 2020 as a result of my PhD research. My current research focuses on the clustering and classification of data using models.
